CBS Operations Data Pipeline — CBS Therapy Group

These Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern the use of the CBS Operations Data Pipeline (the “Application”), an internal software application owned and operated by CBS Therapy Group (“CBS Therapy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Internal Use Only
The Application is an internal tool intended solely for use by CBS Therapy Group and its authorized personnel. It is not distributed, licensed, sold, or made available to the public or to any third party. Access is restricted to authorized CBS Therapy employees and systems.

2. Purpose
The Application connects to CBS Therapy’s own QuickBooks Online company files and other internal source systems to consolidate CBS Therapy’s business data into our internal data warehouse for financial reporting, operational analytics, and business management.

3. Authorized Access
Users must be authorized by CBS Therapy to access the Application. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to them and for using the Application only for legitimate internal business purposes.

4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to access data they are not authorized to access, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the Application or connected systems.

5. Data Ownership
All data accessed and processed through the Application is the property of CBS Therapy Group. Handling of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is,” for internal use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CBS Therapy Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
